Payment is due at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation up to 48 hours in advance, full payment will be returned*. In the event of cancellation up to 24 hours in advance, 50% of the amount paid will be returned*. No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. In the event that we have to cancel for reasons for which we are responsible (accident, illness, etc.) and we are unable to obtain an approved replacement guide, the full amount paid will be refunded immediately.
